L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P - (1 of 3)

Talking some more about Leadership, you may remember that I published a series of posts 2 years ago titled: L.E.A.D.E.R (see links below). Being a lifelong learner, I was curious what others thought and found this article by Rita Balian Allen (@RitaBAllen) (and yes I got her permission to share this).
